PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically generating a music video and a recording media storing a program for performing the method are provided to maximally maintain the scene continuity of a music video scene by segmenting music and video data and matching the fragments of the video and music data in every step. CONSTITUTION: A data segmenting unit(100) includes a video segmenting unit and a music segmenting unit, and a data analyzer(200) includes a video analysis unit and a music analysis unit. The image analysis unit extracts the speed or brightness information of an image from a video data fragment. The music analysis unit the speed and brightness information of a music from a music data fragment. A data matching unit(300) matches the fragment of the video data fragment with the music data fragment based on the speed and brightness information of the video and music data fragments.
