The system (1) has a portable devices e.g. wrist strap (P1) and wrist watch (P2), attached to a person, and a server center (10). The device is provided with measurement circuits e.g. pulse sensor, monitoring person's movement and position sensor, skin temperature sensor and a strap removal detector, for measuring health parameters. A transmission circuit transmits different information towards the center. An alert circuit formed of a management module and a buffer memory unit provides an alert i.e. combined alert such as T type alert, information in direction of center based on parameters.
