PURPOSE: A keypad module is provided to secure the uniformity of light by forming a light path pattern around a penetration hole of a light guide film. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of contact terminals are formed on a circuit board(10). A plurality of metal pieces are formed on a dome sheet(20) to correspond to the plurality of contact terminals. A waveguide film(30) is arranged on the dome sheet. A keypad(40) is arranged on the waveguide film. A plurality of lower protrusions are formed on the lower surface of the key pad. The lower protrusion of the key pad is contacted with the metal pieces of the dome sheet. A light emitting region is formed on the upper surface of the key pad.
