CONNECTION DESTINATION NODE SELECTING METHOD, NODE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic connection destination node selecting method that takes a load on a node into consideration.

SOLUTION: A node 1 periodically transmits a life/death monitoring signal to nodes 2 to 4 to be selected. The nodes 2 to 4 to be selected once receiving the life/death monitor signal from the node 1 each calculate a current subscriber accommodation rate as load information, generate a life/death monitoring response signal based upon the load information, and sends it to the node 1. The node 1 once receiving life/death monitoring response signals from the nodes 2 to 4 to be selected extracts load information from the life/death monitoring response signals, determines corresponding acquisition ratios based upon the load information, and selects a connection destination node based upon the determined acquisition ratios.
