<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow resistant ring whose snow accretion resistance characteristic is greatly improved. <P>SOLUTION: The snow resistant ring 1 is formed in a ring shape with a difference between inner and outer diameters of 2 mm or more, and is installed on a periphery of an overhead transmission line 9.
