PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which can prevent a lottery from being carried out using a numerical value different from that extracted at the timing of getting the game starting operation done. SOLUTION: When numerical value data is housed into a random number value register, the main control part 41 forbids the loading of a new numerical value data until it is read out while checking to see if the numerical value data is latched in the random number value register per a fixed time interval. When the numerical value data is latched in the random number register, the loading of the new numerical value data is made ready by reading out the numerical value data from the random number register while a numerical value data of a random number housing work is updated to the numerical value data read out of the random number register.
