PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rattling preventing structure of a steering column increasing a connection rigidity between mutually-connected members, and suppressing the occurrence of vibration. SOLUTION: An inner tube 5 is slidably fitted to an outer tube 2 in an axial direction X1. In each of holes 27 and 27 of the outer tube 2, a pressing member 29 and a push nut 31 are housed. Each of the pressing members 29 and 29 presses the inner tube 5 along a depth direction R1 of each of the holes 27 and 27. The push nuts 31 and 31 are elastically engaged with respective inner circumferential surfaces 27a and 27a of the holes 27 and 27 to regulate the movement of the pressing members 29 and 29 in an opposite direction R2.
