<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation feel feedback input device that generates large rotational resistance with less power and also generates autonomous torque. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The operation feel feedback input device 10 includes: a rotary operation part 12; an encoder 18 which detects a rotating state of the operation part 12; an armature rotor 22 which rotates with the operation part 12; an electromagnetic brake 24 which applies rotational resistance to the operation part 12 through the armature rotor 22; and an electric motor 30 which applies autonomous torque to the operation part 12 through a rotating shaft 14. A control part 28 drives the electromagnetic brake 24, when the rotational resistance is applied, to suppress the consumption of power, and also autonomously rotates the operation part 12 by driving the electric motor 30.
