<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece member, a timepiece dial and a timepiece, which present a high-class appearance being rich in brightness variations in respective portions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The timepiece dial 1 includes: a substrate 21 (timepiece member 2) made up of a transparent material; and a colored film 3 made up of a material containing a coloring agent. A first surface 211 being one surface of the substrate 21 has a curved portion which is curved toward a second surface 212 side being the other surface, and minute serrations 2111 are formed on the curved portion. A height difference of the serrations 2111 is preferably 4-25 μm, and the serrations 2111 are regularly arranged such that their average pitch is preferably 10-28 μm.
