<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resource allocation device enabling allocation to respond to a plurality of targets by a plurality of platforms by dividing information as input for resource allocation to information on own platform and information on other platforms, monitoring a communication state of each information between the platforms and generating information becoming an allocation target in accordance with the communication state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An own platform command information file 1, an own platform fire arm information file 2, an own platform target track information file 3, an other platform command information file 5 obtained via a communication device of each information, an other platform fire arm information file 7 and an other platform target track information 9 are input to generate each allocation target information.
