<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raincoat preventing footgear and the feet from getting wet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This raincoat is so designed that a circular arc notch 14 is formed on a front body bottom 12 of raincoat pants 10 (Fig.1 and Fig.2) so as to cover a side portion 54a of a shoe 54 by the bottom 12, and a shoe cover 16 covering a tiptoe portion 54b of the shoe 54 is attached to the notch 14 so as to cover the whole of the shoe 54, thus the shoe cover 16 and the raincoat pants 10 cover the whole of the shoe 54 so as to prevent the shoe 54 and the foot 52 from getting wet, and a shoe cover attaching part is attached to the notch part 14. As a result of this, only the tiptoe portion 54b of the shoe 54 are exposed, attachment of the shoe cover 16 becomes easy, and the shoe cover 16 is easily attached. Since an exposed area of the shoe 54 is narrowable to form the shoe cover 16 in a small size, a user hardly receives the wind when walking or riding a bicycle, and the shoe cover 16 is prevented from coming off from the shoe 54 by the wind.
