PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make pressure bonding quick and reliable while improving accuracy in pressure-bonding a belt-tread band to a green case. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a tire, a pressure bonding bladder 52 continuously extending in a circumferential direction is locked to grip segments 38 gripping the belt-tread band 24. The less amount of expansion of the pressure bonding bladder 52 when pressure-bonding the belt-tread band 24 to the green case is thereby required, and the belt-tread band 24 can be sufficiently pressure-bonded to the green case while supplying/exhausting gas quickly. Moreover, creases are hardly formed on the inner periphery of the pressure bonding bladder 52 when pressure bonding, and accuracy in pressure-bonding the belt-tread band 24 to the green case can also be improved.
