<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ironing-processing apparatus with which a plate thickness in the width direction of a work-piece can be changed with only one time of the ironing-processing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A second pressing machine applies ironing-process to the flat plate-shaped steel plate. This second pressing machine is provided with: a supporting part for supporting the lower surface of the steel plate; a rod 60 arranged on the upper surface of the steel plate; a guide-rail for shifting this rod 60 along the steel plate surface; an upper die containing a first cam and a second cam; and an ascending/descending system.
