PURPOSE: An RF(Radio Frequency) communication device and a method for controlling the same are provided to secure stable reception performance when entering a strong electric field. CONSTITUTION: A transmission terminal processes a transmission signal transmitted to an antenna, and a reception terminal processes a reception signal received to the antenna. An RF switch(30) selectively connects the antenna to the transmission terminal and the reception terminal. If the RSSI is lower than a reference value, the control unit controls the RF switch to connect the antenna to the reception terminal. |
