<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the impact of the existence of objects to be managed with no or inappropriate energy saving rules set on energy saving activities of an entire equipment group. <P>SOLUTION: Equipment management system includes a collection part 22a, a classification part 22c and a calculation part 22d, and manages Equipment group of a plurality of pieces of equipment. The collection part 22a collects performance data on the operation performance of the equipment group. The classification part 22c classifies particular objects to be managed. The particular objects to be managed are at least either equipment in the equipment group with no or inappropriate energy saving rules set or sections thereof. The calculation part 22d refers to the performance data to calculate a particular amount.
