PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of particles having narrow particle diameter distribution, a method of forming them, and a film containing them. SOLUTION: The plurality of particles contain one or more discontinuous polymer shells and at least one of the polymer shells is crosslinked by at least one monomer having two or more double bonds polymerizable by free radical method.
