摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a bubble volume at an appropriate size with a simple structure, and thereby improve heat transfer characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The ebullient cooling device for cooling a heat generating element includes a plurality of cooling channels such as a lower channel 2, a middle channel 3 and an upper channel 4 in the vertical direction, wherein each cooling channel includes cooling fins 12 for running a refrigerant in the vertical direction, and a vapor discharge path 16 formed on the side opposite to a heat generating element abutting side of each cooling fin 12. The ebullient cooling device further includes, between the respective cooling channels, flow path partition-cum-vapor discharge guiding plates 18 for preventing generated bubbles from advancing to the next cooling channels and guiding the bubbles to the vapor discharge path 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
