<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool each of a plurality of heating coils. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling duct 33 which guides cooling air from a cooling fan 43 to heating coils 14, 15, 16 is arranged at the lower part of the three heating coils 14, 15, 16.
