<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker for business use which is free from irregularity in cooking, which does not increase the room temperature even when the combustion exhaust gas is exhausted into the room, and which does not have a bad influence on devices located over the rice cooker. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rice cooker for business use includes: an internal space having an open top for accepting at least the bottom of the rice-cooking pot; the first side wall surrounding the side part of the internal space; and a heating device provided at the bottom of the internal space. On the upper face of the first side wall, a plurality of pot supporting bodies are placed to receive the rice-cooking pot by contacting the bottom of the flange of the rice-cooking pot when the rice-cooking pot is being set, and to form an exhaust passage of the combustion exhaust gas between the flange lower face of the rice-cooking pot and the upper face of the first side wall of the rice cooker. The second side wall is provided at the outside of the first side wall to form the first cooling air passage between the first side wall and the outer peripheral face. The first cooling air passage has an air inflow port to communicate with the outside at the lower end part and an air outflow port to open in the vicinity of the outflow port of the exhaust passage of the combustion exhaust gas at the upper end part.
