PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein in a conventional network system, the position of a femtocell communication via a public network line cannot be specified. SOLUTION: A network system is one which performs communication between a mobile terminal 20 and an entrepreneur network, and includes: a femtocell 30 for acquiring information which is specific to an information transmission source 10 from the information transmission source 10, of which the position is specified and sending the acquired information and communicating with the mobile terminal 20; and a cell position calculating section 50 for receiving the specific information, form the femtocell 30 via the public network line 40 and calculating cell position information, indicating the position of the femtocell 30 based on the specific information.
