PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately align a terminal on an element substrate and a terminal on a flexible circuit board while improving the workability of a connection. SOLUTION: A mounting structure is equipped with: the element board (10) having a plurality of first terminals (102) arrayed along the first direction and an element board side alignment mark (300); and the flexible circuit board (200) having a plurality of second terminals (202) and a flexible circuit-board side alignment mark (400). The element board side alignment mark has: a part (311a) including a first edge (71a) along the first direction and a first notch (61a) notching a part of the first edge; and a part (312a) including a second edge (72a) along the direction oblique to the first direction and a second notch (62a) made by notching a part of the second edge.
