PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of strongly washing the inside of a reaction container by preventing the deterioration of the reaction container. SOLUTION: The autoanalyzer includes a reaction container washing part 12 having the washing nozzle 521 which is arranged so as to penetrate into the reaction container 3 and has a low-pressure flow channel 5251 and the high-pressure flow channel 5261 meeting with the low-pressure flow channel 5251, a low-pressure pump 61 supplying a washing solution, which washes the inside of the reaction container 3, to the low-pressure flow channel 5251 of the washing nozzle 521 penetrated into the reaction container 3 under low-pressure and a high-pressure pump 62 supplying the washing solution to the high-pressure flow channel 5261 under a pressure higher than the low pressure and constituted so that the washing solution from the high-pressure flow channel 5261 joining the washing solution flowing through the low-pressure flow channel 5251 by the supply from the low pressure pump 61 and the high-pressure pump 62 is discharged to wash the inside of the reaction container 3.
