<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit for a projector device advantageous in terms of ensuring positional accuracy of a reflection surface while achieving miniaturization, reduction of weight and reduction of cost, and to provide a projector device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first dichroic mirror 36 is attached inside an adhesive filling recess 74 with an adhesive C with which the adhesive filling recess 74 is filled while the reflection surface 54 abuts on a positioning surface 68. In detail, a portion of the reflection surface 54 exposed inside the adhesive filling recess 74 and a portion of a side end face 58 exposed inside the adhesive filling recess 74 are attached inside the adhesive filling recess 74 with the adhesive C with which the adhesive filling recess 74 is filled.
