PURPOSE: A method for forming an electronic material layer and a method for manufacturing an electronic device by applying the same are provided to attach the electronic material layer to a target substrate by lifting the target substrate from the lower side of the electronic material layer. CONSTITUTION: A liquid medium(3) comprises acid solutions. An electronic material layer is attached to a target substrate by lifting the target substrate from the lower side of the electronic material layer on the liquid surface. The acid solution includes one of HNO3(Nitiric acid), HCl(hydrochloric acid), H2SO4(Sulfuric acid), and HF(Fluoric acid). The electronic material layer includes a carbon nano tube.
