PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a target signal coming from a specific direction in an environment having background noise and reverberation. SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of acquiring a cross spectrum between a plurality of observation signals received by a plurality of microphones; and a step of reducing contribution of diffusible noise by removing an imaginary part of the cross spectrum of the observation signal based on the cross spectrum of noise in an isotropic noise place being a real number, and estimating a power spectrum of the target signal using the imaginary part of the cross spectrum between channels of the observation signal and a transfer function to the observation signal received by each microphone from the target signal.
