<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage stroke cylinder capable of reducing the number of fluid ports. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A piston rod 16 is connected to a first piston 17. The piston rod 16 slidingly penetrates a second piston 18. A third pressure chamber 22 is partitioned between the first piston 17 and the second piston 18. The first piston 17 partitions a first pressure chamber 20 separated from the third pressure chamber 22. The second piston 18 partitions a second pressure chamber 21 separated from the third pressure chamber 22 opposite to the first pressure chamber 20. The pressure receiving area of the first piston 17 in the first pressure chamber 20 is made larger than the pressure receiving area of the first piston 17 in the third pressure chamber 22. The pressure receiving area of the second piston 18 in the second pressure chamber 21 is made larger than the pressure receiving area of the second piston 18 in the third pressure chamber 22.
