<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic charge image development in which image quality deterioration (blur) due to scattering of toner is suppressed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development includes a block copolymer including a block (A) having a glass transition temperature of 60°C or more and a crystalline block (B) derived from an ethylenically unsaturated compound and having a melting point of 25°C or more. The block copolymer satisfies the expressions (1):30°C≤äT(0.5 MPa)-T(30 MPa)}≤80°C, (2):60°C≤T(0.5 MPa), and (3):T(30 MPa)≤80°C. In expressions (1) to (3), T(0.5 MPa) represents a temperature at which viscosity of the block copolymer is 10<SP>4</SP>Pa s at a flow tester application pressure of 0.5 MPa, and T(30 MPa) represents a temperature at which viscosity of the block copolymer is 10<SP>4</SP>Pa s at a flow tester application pressure of 30 MPa.
