<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive rotation of a motor during retreat travel of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A drive controller (100) is mounted on a vehicle (1) including an engine (11) mutually connected via drive power distribution mechanism (14) and first and second motors (12, 13), and includes an engine start means (15) capable of starting the engine, and a control means (15) for controlling the engine start means so as to start the engine on condition that, when the vehicle travels by the one of the first and second motors, the rotational speed of the other of first and second motors exceeds a rotational speed threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
