<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration during idle operation when a shift position is at a neutral position in a hybrid vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In a vehicle equipped with an engine, a rotating electrical machine, a power dividing mechanism connected to a rotary shaft of the rotating electrical machine, a rotary shaft of the engine and a driving shaft which drives a wheel, an inverter for driving the rotating electrical machine and a shift lever for changing a traveling range, an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) executes a program including: a step of detecting a shift position of a shift lever selected by a driver (S500); a step of controlling the engine to stop, when the shift position detected by the step which detects the shift position changes to a neutral position (YES at S510), (S530); and a step of controlling the inverter to stop generation of driving force by the rotating electrical machine (S560) responding to change of the shift position to a neutral position and stop of the engine (YES at S540). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
