<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device allowing even a user having a handicap in sight to perform button operation without stress. <P>SOLUTION: The input device has: a touch panel displaying a plurality of buttons, and acquiring information about a position touched by a user; a table described with information about a display position on the touche panel of each of the plurality of buttons and information about a position on the touch panel of a specific peripheral area to each of the plurality of buttons; a decision means for deciding whether the position touched by the user is the display position of the button, the position of the specific peripheral area of the button, or a position that is neither the position of the button nor the position of the specific peripheral area of the button based on the table and the information about the position touched by the user obtained by the touch panel; and a vibration means for vibrating the touch panel.
