PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of a sealed battery, which can reduce the number of components and simplifies its assembling. SOLUTION: A rivet 18 for caulking is integrally arranged on external terminals 3, 4, in a terminal assembly 1 of the sealed battery including the external terminals 3, 4 and internal terminals 5, 6. The external terminals 3, 4 and the internal terminals 5, 6 are constituted so as to connect each other since the rivet 18 is caulked to the internal terminals 5, 6. The terminal assembly 1 includes a lid 2 of a case of the sealed battery, and the external terminals 3, 4 are fixed on the lid 2 by insert-molding of a resin 17.
