<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of more appropriately outputting a reset signal. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes: an output terminal for outputting a reset signal in accordance with a voltage of a signal terminal; a first MOS transistor connected between the signal terminal and a power source, and the gate of which is connected to the ground; a first capacitive element connected between the signal terminal and the ground; a second MOS transistor connected between the signal terminal and the ground, and the gate of which is connected to a first terminal; a third MOS transistor connected between the power source and the first terminal, and the gate of which is connected to the ground; a fourth MOS transistor connected between the first terminal and a second terminal, and the gate of which is connected to the ground; a second capacitive element connected between the power source and the second terminal; and a fifth MOS transistor connected between the second terminal and the ground, and the gate of which is connected to the power source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
