<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a waterproof moisture-permeable copolymer polyester fiber cloth with excellent dyeing fastness properties, a waterproof moisture-permeable copolymer polyester fiber cloth obtained by the manufacturing method and a fiber product. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the waterproof moisture-permeable copolymer polyester fiber cloth laminates a waterproof moisture-permeable layer after making a dyeing process of the cloth using a copolymer polyester fiber.
