摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive measuring apparatus for highly sensitively measuring a voltage which changes according to electric charge amount, in the measurements of electric charge amounts of powder and granular materials and the like through the use of a Faraday cage. SOLUTION: One end of the center conductor 51 of a triaxial cable 5 is connected to an internal container 2 constituted of an electrically conductive body, and housing a chip resistor 6 the electric charge amount of which is to be measured, and the other end of the center conductor 51 is connected to a voltmeter 42. One end of an external shield 55 of the triaxial cable 5 is connected to a grounded external container 1 constituted of an electrically conductive body and housing the internal container 2 in a state insulated from the internal container 2, and the other end of the external shield 55 is connected to the voltmeter 42. The center conductor 51 is connected to a positive electrode input terminal of an operational amplifier 41, its output terminal is connected to a negative electrode input terminal of itself, and the output terminal is connected to an internal shield 53.
