PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a human error to be prevented without putting a burden on airport traffic control services. SOLUTION: A position of an airplane on the airport surface is detected and a verbal taxing instruction to the airplane by a controller is analyzed. Also, the detected current position of the airplane and a guidance route calculated from the analyzed verbal taxing instruction are simultaneously displayed. Because this enables the instruction itself for the taxing route in which the controller executes to a pilot by wireless verbal communication to be as an input to the instruction input means, the human error can be prevented without putting the burden on the control service.
