PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header case for an elevator landing door improved so as to be easily and accurately fixed to the inner wall surface of an elevator hoistway. SOLUTION: When the header case 100 is fixed to the inner wall surface of the hoistway, brackets 30L, 30R provided on a header case body 20 are firstly are engaged with a support member 12 from above and are positioned in a vertical direction. Subsequently, after the header case body 20 is positioned in a left/right direction, the header case body 20 is directly fixed to the inner wall surface of the hoistway using a bolt. Thereby, since it is not required that a worker lifts up the header case 100, work for positioning and fixing the header case to the inner wall surface of the hoistway can be easily and accurately performed.
