<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that hard minerals hurt user's head, when porous burnt ceramic particles of excellent absorbing/releasing properties, especially diatom earth having an exceptional performance are stored in a pillow as a packing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pillow has a feature that it has a pillow body formed with fiber material with flexibility and air permeability and consisting a middle bag part located where user's head is placed on and right and left bags quilted with the middle bag part, a head supporting bag part formed with fiber material with flexibility and air permeability and quilted in multiple rows and located on the middle bag part of the pillow body, and a pillow cover with air permeability which stores the pillow body and the head supporting bag part. In the middle bag member, cushion chips are stored, in the right and left bag parts, mix of cushion chips and porous burnt ceramic particles are stored, and in the head supporting bag part, fiber particles formed by fiber materials with flexibility and air permeability are stored.
