<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game parlor management system designed to provide a safe game parlor by restraining even regular customers or even first-time customers from committing a fraud such as the falsification and forgery of storage mediums. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The game parlor management system includes: a storage medium-receiving machine issuing provisional storage mediums in accordance with users' requests; a member registration machine renewing the provisional storage mediums to proper storage mediums on the basis of the users' information; dispenser machines of game machines, which can receive cash, can store information of the received cash on the provisional storage mediums or the proper storage mediums as electronic money and providing game mediums in accordance with the balances of the electronic money stored in the provisional storage mediums or the proper storage mediums; game machines permitting games to be played by the game mediums; and a game medium-counting machine counting the game mediums and storing the information of the game mediums on the provisional storage mediums or the proper storage mediums.
