PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a manager to synchronize registration information including user IDs and mail addresses inside a plurality of image processors without performing complicated work. SOLUTION: An updating request of the registration information is received (S71), and the request is analyzed (S72). When checks as to whether or not the registration information of the updating request is non-registered information based on a synchronization rule (S74), whether or not it is the request of updating an attribute used in the synchronization rule (S75), and whether or not the right to rewrite the attribute for which updating is requested is provided (S76) are OK respectively, the registration information of the present processor is updated, the other image processor registered in a synchronous apparatus list transmits a similar updating request as well (S77), and the updated result is summed up (S78). In the case all is successful on the basis of the summed-up result, an updating success notice indicating that the updating is successful is transmitted to the image processor 2 of the manager (S80), and the processing is ended.
