<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress radiation sounds from a tube surface due to delivery pulsation generated from a compressor, have oscillation absorbing function, and furthermore, and secure the degree of freedom in a shape by a simple and economical constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell automobile 10 includes an oxidizer gas supply device 26. The oxidizer gas supply device 26 includes a compressor 30, a first silencer 32, a second silencer 34, an intercooler 36 and the like, and it is connected by an air supply piping 40 between these. At the air supply piping 40, a rubber tubular member 66, and a metal plate 68 wound around in response to a part to require rigidity at the outer periphery of the rubber tubular member 66 are installed.
