<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of various kinds of equipments by an excessive leakage current when back-up operation using an accumulator is performed. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator control device 10 immediately switches a throwing switch 15 in the OFF state to the ON state and starts the back-up operation by the accumulator 14 when power failure of a main power source is generated. Further, simultaneously to this, a shutting off switch control means 102 switches a route shutting off switch 101 in the ON state to the OFF state. Accordingly, a common mode leakage current extracted by a common mode current extract circuit 13 does not flow and damage of various kinds of equipments by the excessive leakage current when the back-up operation is performed can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
