<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer and a program highly convenient in selection of image data to be printed, operation of an operation screen etc., without enlarging a display device used as a preview monitor. <P>SOLUTION: The printer is equipped with: a projector 22; a display 21; an external media interface 28; various button groups 25; and a printing unit 24. The projector 22 magnifies and projects an operation screen. The display 21 displays the operation screen on the display. The external media interface 28 reads a plurality of image data from external media M. The various button groups 25 are used for selecting image data to be printed out of the plurality of image data. The printing unit 24 prints the selected image data.
