IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM, ENTRANCE/EXIT MANAGEMENT SERVER, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system and the like capable of preventing leakage of a confidential document and the like caused when a person designated as a receiver of a printed matter leaves the printed matter on leaving a room where an image forming device is installed.

SOLUTION: The image forming system includes the image forming apparatus 3, an entering/leaving person detector 1 detecting a person entering/leaving the living room where the image forming apparatus 3 is installed, a lock device 11 locking a doorway of the living room, and an entrance/exit management server 2 managing a person entering/leaving the living room where the image forming apparatus is installed based on the detection result by the entering/leaving person detector. The management server 2 includes a determination means 202 determining whether the printed matter as an execution result of a print job is received by a person designated as a receiver, and controls the lock device 11 so that locking of the doorway by the lock device is released when the doorway is locked by the lock device 11 after reception of the print job by the image forming apparatus 3 and it is determined that the printed matter is received by the person designated as the receiver of the printed matter.
