<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for quality control by reference batch registration in a batch process for controlling quality in product manufacturing by using a reference batch, which grasps the behavior of a best batch as reference. <P>SOLUTION: A best batch whose behavior (trend) in a process is grasped is registered as a reference batch (golden batch). Data of the registered reference batch 51 is displayed. A reliable section width 52 and a reliable section width 53 are set under and on the reference batch 51, respectively, and also displayed. Actual data 54 of an operated batch are superimposed and displayed on the reliable section widths. At the time (an alarm detection point 55) when a difference between the actual data 54 of the operated batch and data of the reference batch 51 exceeds the reliable section width, the on-set reliable section width 53 in the example, an alarm is detected and a prescribed section is notified that the data of the operated batch is deviated from the reference (not shown). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
