PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing fiber laminate which can be used for the manufacture of a preform in a complicated shape due to the improvement of following-up properties to the complicated shape, and shows the successful fluidity of an uncured matrix resin and further, imparts excellent dynamic characteristics and low degree of dispersion, when the laminate is made into fiber-reinforced plastics, as well as a preform and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This reinforcing fiber laminate is obtained by laminating a plurality of reinforcing fiber base material sheets of woven texture containing a filler. The sheet has limited length cuts formed by intermittently severing all constituent strands of the woven texture in the weft and warp directions. Further, the reinforcing fiber laminate is composed of the adjacent sheets laminated so as not to make the cuts formed in the same direction roughly superposed over each other.
