PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control whether to use natural energy or a commercial power supply unit for charging depending on user's request. SOLUTION: A setting reception section 41 receives information to be set on the next ride date/time, a desired charging value to be charged until the next ride date/time or an indispensable charging value, and information about a desired charging mode for specifying a charging method. A shortest time calculating section 42 calculates the shortest charging time on the basis of the amount to be charged that is a difference between the remaining charging capacity of a battery and the desired charging value or the indispensable charging value, and the amount charged per unit time. A power selecting section 43 selects power to be used for charging the battery on the basis of the content of settings and the shortest charging time. A presentation information generating section 44 generates display data of an image for displaying information to be presented to a user with respect to the battery charging processing.
