摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery diagnosis device that can perform, with a small memory capacity, a voltage variation observation for an open-circuit voltage measurement and a voltage variation observation for a least-voltage measurement at the time of an engine start. SOLUTION: The battery diagnosis device includes a RAM for temporarily storing a plurality of voltage data, a voltage measuring part for measuring a voltage of a battery, and a CPU for recording in the RAM the voltage measured by the voltage measuring part. The CPU records in the RAM the voltage measured by the voltage measuring part at a plurality of recording cycles according to a load on a vehicular equipment and the engine start. That is, the device detects whether a difference between a voltage most recently measured by the voltage measuring part and the voltage data recorded in the RAM is a set value ΔV1 or higher (voltage variation 1) to record the voltage at a recording cycle T1 before the voltage variation 1 is detected, and record the voltage at a recording cycle T2 which is shorter than the recording period T1, for a predetermined time period t1 after the voltage variation 1 is detected.
