<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system for preventing an individual from being predetermined even when data leak, and for facilitating a user to change information when the leakage is found out. <P>SOLUTION: In a sensitive information input terminal such as a biological information authentication terminal, the input of a user key such as a password or personal identification number optional changed by the user is performed simultaneously with the input of sensitive information so that it is obtained output from the terminal to a processor as information obtained by synthesizing the above information.
