<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that suppresses image failure resulting from flying of carrier or developer leakage, by efficiently separating magnetic carrier from a developing roller, and also making developer leakage less likely to occur, while restricting a magnetic brush between the developing roller and a magnetic roller. <P>SOLUTION: The developing roller incorporates: a counter magnetic pole body having the opposite polarity of the magnetic pole of a magnetic pole body disposed in the magnetic roller, which magnetic pole is closest to the developing roller; and a separating magnetic pole body separated downstream from the counter magnetic pole body in the rotating direction of the developing roller and having the same polarity as the counter magnetic pole body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
