<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation guiding system capable of saving power, reducing an equipment cost, and safely and surely guiding evacuation by a route guiding slave unit for which the guide display of an evacuation route is provided along the actual evacuation route. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By using a plurality of light emitting elements 5 of a guiding plate 100 installed in a place, where many citizens come and go, such as an urban area/housing area/park or the like, it is possible to display a disaster occurrence place and to illuminate a display board 3. Also, in a prescribed region, in the evacuation route from the installation place of the guiding plate 100 to an evacuation area, the plurality of route guiding slave units 300, which have light emitting bodies for indicating the traveling direction of the evacuation route, are disposed along evacuation paths, and the light emitting bodies of the plurality of route guiding slave units 300 are lighted in order from the initial stage near the guiding plate 100 to the final stage near the evacuation area to display the evacuation route.
